Property inspections are a vital part of rental real estate management and these are conducted prior to and after every booking. This is to ensure that your investment properties continue earning maximum revenue and five star guest reviews. Our dedicated team also performs comprehensive inspections each month to address any maintenance issues and repairs that need attention.

Of course you can. You may use the property anytime you want, we place no restrictions as to access and you can take it off the market for any number of days when it will be in use. However, it’s important to remember that canceling a reservation that has been booked already can have a negative impact on your property in the rental market. So be sure to establish any blackout dates as early as possible so there are no conflicts for guests occupying your property. Once a reservation is on the books, Five Star Properties cannot cancel that reservation.
