Darlyne plays a critical role in keeping Five Star Properties running smoothly behind the scenes. She oversees all tax compliance and regulatory requirements for our vacation rental portfolio, ensuring every property is properly registered, compliant, and operating in accordance with local and state regulations. Her attention to detail and deep understanding of compliance allows our owners to rest easy knowing their investments are protected.

In addition to compliance, Darlyne manages inventory control and restocking across our properties, making sure each home is consistently supplied with the essentials our guests expect for a seamless stay. From linens and amenities to household necessities, she ensures nothing is overlooked.

Darlyne also serves as our Housekeeping Supervisor, working closely with our cleaning teams to maintain Five Star Properties’ high standards of cleanliness and presentation. She coordinates scheduling, inspections, and quality control to ensure every home is guest-ready for each arrival.
