Kristina oversees the creation of all listings across Airbnb, VRBO, and our direct booking platform. She handles everything from copywriting and photo coordination to platform optimization and listing accuracy, ensuring each home is positioned to attract high-quality guests and maximize visibility.

Beyond listings, Kristina manages repairs and maintenance with exceptional attention to detail. She coordinates directly with all vendors—handymen, contractors, cleaners, landscapers, pool service providers, and more—to ensure issues are resolved quickly, correctly, and with minimal disruption to owners or guests.

Her ability to juggle countless moving parts while maintaining Five Star’s standards of communication and hospitality makes her an indispensable part of the team.
